The child of Holsteiner horse breeders, Janne-Friederike began horseback riding at an early age. Now a European Championship team Gold medal winner (Madrid, 2011), the German rider boasts an enviable career profile. Highlights include team Gold at the World Equestrian Games in Lexington in 2010 and a 3rd place finish at the Global Champions Tour CSI5* Grand Prix in Hamburg. But her most memorable moment of all is winning the Grand Prix of Aachen in 2011. Her biggest career influence has been Tjark Nagel and her motto is to “have fun”.
