Social Media Executive - Longines Global Champions Tour

The Longines Global Champions Tour, GCL and Longines Tops International Arena together represent the pinnacle of modern show jumping - combining elite sport, iconic venues, global teams and world-class storytelling.

We are now looking for a Social Media Executive to join our communications team and help deliver and evolve the digital presence across all three brands throughout the international season.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands how to tell compelling stories in real time - particularly around sport, lifestyle and live global events.

The Role

As Social Media Executive, you will play a hands-on role in delivering day-to-day social media activity across channels, both remotely and on-site at events. You’ll work closely with the wider communications team to ensure our digital output reflects the energy, prestige and global scale of the brands - before, during and after live competition.

This is a highly dynamic role that combines planning, real-time publishing, content creation and platform-native storytelling, often under tight deadlines and during live sport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, creation and publishing of content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and other platforms
  • Deliver real-time social media coverage during live events
  • Support year-round content including events, sport and lifestyle moments
  • Assist with content calendars, run-of-show planning and event-by-event digital execution
  • Create platform-native content that balances brand consistency with current social trends
  • Edit short-form video content quickly and efficiently for live and post-event use
  • Collaborate with riders, teams, partners, broadcasters and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor performance and engagement, feeding insights back into future content planning
  • Support the continued growth and evolution of all three digital channels

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven professional experience managing social media channels (brand, agency, sport or events)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, with confidence publishing in real time
  • Experience working around live events or time-sensitive environments is highly desirable
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends and internationally as part of an event calendar
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
  • Confident communicator who can work across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • A genuine interest in sport, storytelling and global lifestyle content
  • Experience within equestrian sport is welcome but not essential - curiosity, adaptability and strong social instincts matter most.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • You’ll work across three globally recognised brands at the forefront of international sport
  • You’ll be hands-on at live events, capturing and publishing content as moments unfold
  • You’ll travel to iconic global destinations and world-class venues
  • No two weeks are the same - the role combines planning, creativity and real-time execution
  • You’ll collaborate closely with elite athletes, teams, partners and broadcast crews
  • You’ll have the opportunity to shape and grow social channels with real creative input
  • You’ll be part of an ambitious team where your work is visible and impactful
