1. Where and when will the event take place? 

The Longines Global Champions Tour of Vienna 2026 will take place from 24 to 27 September in the Ehrenhof of Schönbrunn Palace. 

2. What are the event opening hours? 

The event grounds are expected to be open daily from 7:30 am to 11:00 pm. Admission begins 30 minutes before the start of the event programme. Please note that the stated times are approximate and may be subject to change at short notice.

3. Where can I purchase tickets for the Longines Global Champions Tour Vienna? 

Tickets are available from the following official ticket providers: oeticket, Krone-Ticket and WienTicket. 

4. When does admission begin? 

The grounds open daily 30 minutes before the start of the first competition. Please refer to the programme or the official timetable for the exact starting times. 

5. How do I enter the event grounds? 

Access to the event grounds is via the main entrance in the Ehrenhof of Schönbrunn Palace at Schönbrunner Schloßstraße 47, 1130 Vienna. The GC Village is freely accessible and open to all visitors. Ticket checks only take place when entering the grandstands. We look forward to welcoming you! 

6. Can I cancel or exchange my ticket? 

Please contact the relevant ticket provider from which you purchased your ticket directly. 

7. Is there a dress code? 

The dress code for the Longines Global Champions Tour of Vienna is casual chic. 

6. Can I bring a backpack or bag? 

You are welcome to bring a bag or backpack, provided it is no larger than A4 size. Larger containers whose contents cannot be inspected are not permitted for security reasons. 

7. Can I bring a stroller? 

Strollers may be brought onto the event grounds and into the GC Village. However, for security reasons, they are not permitted in the grandstand or standing areas. Please also note that there are no storage facilities for strollers on site. For security reasons, this also applies to umbrellas and bottles brought onto the premises. No storage or safekeeping facilities are available for these items either. Thank you for your understanding.

8. Is parking available near the venue? 

We recommend travelling conveniently by public transport. The nearest car park is the paid Best in Parking car park opposite Schönbrunn Palace at Schönbrunner Schlossstraße 50, 1130 Vienna. 

9. How can I reach the venue by public transport? 

- Underground: U4, Schönbrunn station 
- Tram: Lines 10 and 60, stop Schloss Schönbrunn 
- Bus: Line 10A, stop Schloss Schönbrunn

10. Are dogs permitted? 

Please note that animals are not permitted anywhere on the grounds of Schönbrunn and therefore cannot be brought to the event.

11. Will food and drinks be available on site?

Yes, the GC Village offers a varied selection of food and beverages. Guests of the GC Lounge and VIP Hospitality Area can also enjoy an exclusive culinary programme. 

12. Can I bring my own food or drinks? 

Visitors are not permitted to bring their own food or drinks. 

13. Will first aid be available on site? 

Yes, qualified medical personnel will be present throughout the event. They will be available to visitors from the beginning of the event programme and to riders from the start of training.

14. Am I allowed to take photographs or record videos?

Yes, photography and filming within reasonable limits for private use are permitted. We ask that you remain considerate of other visitors and do not interfere with their event experience. Please also note that photographs and video recordings will be taken by the organiser during the event. By attending, you consent to potentially appearing in these recordings. 

15. How can I obtain accreditation? 

Accreditation is available to journalists, photographers, television crews, radio reporters and news agencies providing editorial coverage, as well as influencers and content creators. Applications for accreditation may be submitted until 18 September 2026 and must be made exclusively through the registration form linked here.
