Where is the event taking place?

The event takes place at Longines Tops International Arena in Valkenswaard. The venue is located at Maastrichterweg 249, 5556 VB Valkenswaard, The Netherlands.

Can I choose my own seat?

It is not possible to pick your own seat prior to the event. You can select your seat on a first come, first serve basis.

How can I download my ticket?

You can log in to your account here, using the email address you used for purchase. Your e-tickets are available in the ‘My Orders’ section and can be downloaded at any time after your purchase.

Can I bring my dog/pet?

Pets are allowed in the Shopping Village and grandstands and must always be on a leash.

Can I buy a ticket at the event?

On-site sales are subject to availability. However, we do recommend that you book as early as possible in order to secure your tickets at the best price and avoid disappointment.

Are VIP tickets available?

Where can I park my car?

There is parking available on the opposite side of the Longines Tops International Arena entrance. Road signs will lead the way.

Can I cancel my ticket for a refund?

Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable as per the Ticketing Terms and Conditions.

Can I change the date of my ticket?
