Where is the event taking place?

The Longines Global Champions Tour of St. Tropez takes place at Route de l’Épi, 83350 RAMATUELLE – France.

Can I choose my own seat?

Grandstand seats are available on a first come, first serve basis.

How can I download my ticket?

You can log in to your account here, using the email address you used for purchase. Your e-tickets are available in the ‘My Orders’ section and can be downloaded at any time after your purchase.

Can I bring my dog/pet?

Pets are allowed in the Shopping Village if they are on a leash. Pets are not allowed in the seated areas, including the grandstands and VIP. An exception is made for service animals with proper documentation.

Can I buy a ticket at the event?

On-site sales are subject to availability. However, we do recommend that you book as early as possible in order to secure your seat(s) in your selected section and avoid disappointment.

Are VIP tickets available?

Where can I park my car?

A car parking is located just in front of the event entrance. Due to limited availability, we recommend you to arrive at the event in the morning.

A second car park is located 3 km from the event and a dedicated shuttle service will connect you to the event.

Can I cancel my ticket for a refund?

Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable as per the Ticketing Terms and Conditions.

Can I change the date of my ticket?
