Where is the event taking place?

The Longines Global Champions Tour of Riesenbeck takes place on the showgrounds of Riesenbeck International at Beerbaum Stables. The venue is located at Surenburg 20, 48477 Riesenbeck (Hörstel), North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

Can I choose my own seat?

The seat, row and grandstand block will be indicated on the ticket.

The strolling tickets without a reserved seat guarantee you access to the covered grandstands F1 - F7, offering first-come first-serve style seating. Arriving early is recommended!

How can I download my ticket?

You will receive your print@home tickets via email after the payment. Please print your tickets in DIN A4 format. Make sure to not damage the barcodes on your tickets. You can also show the tickets in digital form on your cell phone at the entrance. 

Can I bring my dog/pet?

Dogs are not allowed on the showgrounds of Riesenbeck International.

Can I buy a ticket at the event?

There is an office on site with unlimited strolling tickets available (Access to visitor areas and includes first-come first-serve seating in grandstands F1-F9). If there is further ticket type availability, purchasing at the box office is possible.
 

Are VIP tickets available?

Yes, VIP weekend passes as well as day tickets are available. Please contact vip@riesenbeck-international.com for further information as well as pricing details. In addition to regular VIP tickets, we also offer tickets for the exclusive Surenburg Lounge with premium seating as well as snacks and drinks.
 

Where can I park my car?

There is a carparking available at Riesenbeck International GmbH: 
Surenburg 20, 48477 Hoerstel, Germany. GPS coordinates: B52,252879 L7,596493

Please follow the signs indicating the visitor’s car park and follow the instructions of the security staff.
 

Can I cancel my ticket for a refund?

Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable as per the Ticketing Terms and Conditions. 

Can I change the date of my ticket?

It is not possible to change the date of the ticket once the ticket has been purchased.
