Where is the event taking place?

The Longines Global Champions Tour of Paris takes place at the Place Joffre, Champ de Mars, Paris 7.

Can I choose my own seat?

Yes, you can choose your seat based on availability while booking your ticket.

How can I download my ticket?

You can log in to your account here, using the email address you used for purchase. Your e-tickets are available in the ‘My Orders’ section and can be downloaded at any time after your purchase.

Can I bring my dog/pet?

Pets are welcome in the Village area for most events if they are kept on a leash. 

Can I buy a ticket at the event?

If tickets are still available, they may be purchased online or at the venue. We strongly recommend booking in advance as many sessions sell out.

Where can I park my car?

You can park your car at: 

Parking Indigo École Militaire – 2 place Joffre, 75007 Paris (50 m)

Parking Saxe-Breteuil – 15 avenue de Saxe, 75007 Paris (600 m)

Parking Tour Eiffel – Pullman – 18 avenue de Suffren, 75015 Paris (a 10 min walk)
 

You can also come by bus and take the exit at bus stop 92 (100m), 28 (100m), 80 (100m) and 82 (100m). 

There is also a possibility to go with the subway with line 6: La Motte-Picquet-Grenelle or line 8: Militaire school.

Can I cancel my ticket for a refund?

Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable as per the Ticketing Terms and Conditions.

Can I change the date of my ticket?
