Where is the event taking place?

The Longines Global Champions Tour of Madrid takes place in the Real Club de Campo Villa de Madrid. The venue is located at Carretera de Castilla, Km 2, 28040, Madrid. 

Can I choose my own seat?

Grandstand seats are available on a first come, first serve basis.

How can I download my ticket?

After a successful payment, the system immediately sends a confirmation email containing your tickets in PDF format. You are also redirected to your “My Account” page, where you can download your tickets manually at any time.

Can I bring my dog/pet?

Yes, pets are welcome at the venue, but they must be kept on a leash at all times and properly supervised.

Can I buy a ticket at the event?

On-site sales are subject to availability. However, we do recommend that you book as early as possible in order to secure your seat(s) in your selected section and avoid disappointment.

Where can I park my car?

You can park inside the venue; however, the parking area is located some distance from the event. We therefore recommend attending without a vehicle whenever possible. You can easily reach the Real Club de Campo by bus from Moncloa using lines 160, 161, and A.

Can I cancel my ticket for a refund?

Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable as per the Ticketing Terms and Conditions.

Can I change the date of my ticket?

Date changes are only possible if requested at least three days before the event begins. If your request is approved, you will need to purchase new tickets (subject to availability). Once completed, your original tickets may be refunded.
