Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd at 5:00pm - 10:00pm
 Saturday 24th at 12:00pm - 5:00pm

Tickets and admission

4.     What ticket types are available, and what does each include?

The LGCT of Cairo offers 2 types of tickets: Grandstand and VIP

5.     Are seats assigned, or is seating first come, first served within each category?

Seating is allocated on a first come first serve basis. 

6.  Can visitors buy tickets at the venue, subject to availability?

No, tickets are only available online through the ticket provider: Tazkarti.

7.  What ticket formats (printed, digital etc.) are accepted at the entrance?

In order to access teh venue please make sure to bring a physical tickets to present at the entrance.

8.  Which areas can visitors access without a ticket, if any?

There are no areas that visitors can access without a ticket. A ticket is required to enter the venue. 

9.  Can ticket holders leave and re-enter on the same day?

No, it is not possible to leave and re-enter the venue. 

10.  What email address should customers contact for support [example lost tickets, refunds, exchanges or booking issues]?

For any questions related to tickets. you may contact the customer support of the ticket provider Tazkarti directly via their website.

Getting there and accessibility

11.  What public transport options do you recommend?

We recommend Uber as the most suitable option to arrive at the venue. 

12.  Is parking available? Where is it, and does it need to be booked?

Yes parking is available upon arrival and shuttle buses are provided from the parking area to the venue.

At the venue

14.  What are the rules for bags, backpacks, umbrellas and other restricted items?

You may bring bags, backpacks and umbrellas with you into the venue.

15.  Are strollers allowed, and is stroller storage available?

Yes strollers are allowed, however, there is no stroller storage available

16.  Are dogs or other animals permitted?

No dogs and other pets are not allowed on the premisses.

17.  Can visitors bring their own food and drinks?

No, food options are available for purchase inside the venue. You may not bring your own food or drink into the venue.

18.  What food and drink options will be available?

There will be five different food and beverage vendors available in the venue.

19.  Are cash and card payments accepted throughout the venue?

Yes, cash and card payment are all accepted.

20.  Is there a dress code?

The dress code for the event is casual chic.

21.  Are photography and personal video recording permitted?

No, professional cameras and other filming equipment are not allowed.
