Today it can be announced that leading Swedish TV channel, TV4 have acquired the rights to broadcast the Longines Global Champions Tour of Stockholm fromJune 28-30. The competition will be broadcast on TV4 Play, TV4, TV12 and TV4 Sportkanalen in Sweden. In addition, from 2025, Tv4 Play and TV4 will be broadcasting the entire Longines Global Champions Tour season.
Some of the highlights of the broadcast include the GCL and LGCT Grand Prix competitions. On Saturday June 29, the team GCL team competition will be broadcast, featuring the 2023 GCL of Stockholm winners, the home team Stockholm Hearts powered by H&M We Love Horses. On Sunday June 30, the individual competition of the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix will be broadcast. Sweden’s top riders such as 2023 LGCT Grand Prix winner and world number one Henrik von Eckermann, Malin Baryard Johnsson, Peder Fredricson and Evelina Tovek will be competing.
