The Longines Global Champions Tour of Stockholm is in full swing in the Swedish capital. Thibault Philippaerts took the top spot in the CSIU25 Lövsta Future Challenge International 1.45m class.
Thibault Philippaerts was victorious in the U25 class dedicated to showcasing the future stars of show jumping. The Belgian rider delivered a flawless performance aboard Gift des Lunes to claim first place. Second place went to fellow Belgian, Sacha Beghuin. Beghuin rode quick and clear aboard Elcup van Beek II Z but could not quite catch the pace set by Philippaerts. Rounding out the top three was Lea Rucker of Canada. Rucker delivered a clear run with her mount Macarena 42 to claim third place.
Fourth place went to Sweden’s Selma Hammarström riding Unity F. The Swedish rider came home on a clean sheet to claim fourth. Completing the top five was Benedikte Rie Truelsen of Denmark. The Danish rider rode smooth and clear aboard Elite de Riverland to take fifth place.
