TICKETS NOW ON SALE FOR THE 2024 LONGINES GLOBAL CHAMPIONS TOUR OF CANNES!

After celebrating its 40th edition in 2023, the Longines Global Champions Tour - Jumping International de Cannes will begin a new decade from June 6 to 8, 2024, at the Stade des Hespérides. The seventh leg of the prestigious Longines Global Champions Tour (LGCT and GCL), one of the world’s most endowed circuits, Jumping International de Cannes will be the major event on the Côte d’Azur for three days. Three days in which the stars of the sport mingle with the glamorous, festive atmosphere so special to Cannes. To make sure you don’t miss a thing, buy your tickets online now.

Just a few days after lowering the curtain on its Palais des Festivals and bidding a final farewell to the artists of the 7th art, Cannes will welcome the best of the world of jumping. From Markus Fuchs to Éric Navet, not forgetting John Whitaker, Roger-Yves Bost, Philippe Rozier, Scott Brash, Peder Fredericson, Daniel Deusser, Edwina Tops-Alexander and Ludger Beerbaum, all have written their names in gold letters on the prize list of the LGCT - Grand Prix de la Ville de Cannes. The stars will be out in force on the track, but the grandstands won’t be outdone by Marta Ortaga Pérez either. A loyal supporter of the Côte d’Azur event, the Spanish businesswoman will no doubt be keen to return to the venue where her horse Beauville Z NOP triumphed in 2023.

Since 2006, the Longines Global Champions Tour has been criss-crossing the globe, visiting destinations that are each more incredible than the last. Created by businessman and former international rider Jan Tops, the circuit is now one of the most prestigious on the planet, even beyond the equestrian sphere. Once again, 2024 promises to be exceptional, with no fewer than 16 stages spread over 13 countries, 3 continents and a total prize fund of 36 million euros. Launched in the sumptuous Longines Arena in Al Shaqab Doha from February 29 to March 2, the circuit will continue on to Miami Beach and then Mexico City, before heading to Shanghai for the only Asian date of the year. As well as Cannes, other renowned destinations include Saint-Tropez, Stockholm, Paris, Monaco, London, Rome and Abu Dhabi. The final event of the season, which is already shaping up to be grandiose, will be in Riyadh, where the top players will face off one last time in the GC Playoffs.

In addition to the individual competition, 14 GCL teams will be competing throughout the year. Among them is the Cannes Stars powered by Iron Dames, the first 100% women’s team on the circuit. Made up of Germans Janne Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann, Katrin Eckermann and Sophie Hinners, Dutchwomen Sanne Thijssen and Kim Emmen and American Natalie Dean, the Cannes Stars will be keen to shine in front of their home crowd and win a home race for the first time. The LGCT - Jumping International de Cannes is ideally situated in the season and is a historic stage in the calendar, always the object of covetousness and the scene of fierce competition. In addition to the 5* classes, a CSI2* will be on the program.

As always since its creation in 1982 by François Bourey, Honorary President of the competition, the LGCT - Jumping International de Cannes will be one of the major events of the early summer. A skilful blend of chic, elegance, sport and party that only Cannes can provide.
