The Longines Global Champions Tour heads to Morocco’s capital for the penultimate stage of the 2025 season. With Championship points, podium glory, and the final Golden Ticket to the LGCT Super Grand Prix at stake, Rabat promises elite sport, local pride, and unforgettable drama under the Moroccan sun.

The Longines Global Champions Tour now heads to Morocco’s capital for the penultimate stage of the 2025 season, where the world’s best riders will take on the spectacular setting of the Grand Theatre de Rabat. After such huge success last year on the African continent the legacy of the Qatar-Morocco 2024 Year of Culture continues with the return of LGCT Rabat.
With just one stop remaining before the Finals in Riyadh, the race for precious Championship points - and the penultimate Golden Ticket to the Longines Global Champions Tour Super Grand Prix intensifies under the Moroccan sun.
Though the overall Championship title has already been secured, the chase for the remaining podium places and coveted top-10 finishes is far from over. The Rabat roster is rich with elite talent looking to maximise their points haul at this decisive moment in the season.
Among them, Christian Kukuk (GER) - currently sitting third in the standings - will be looking to tighten his grip on a podium finish after a season of sharp consistency. His compatriots Philipp Weishaupt, Marcus Ehning, and Christian Ahlmann add further German firepower to the line-up, each capable of delivering the type of cool, clinical performances that define LGCT Grand Prix history. Simon Delestre (FRA) and Andreas Schou (DEN) bring their trademark precision and rhythm to the field, both eager to end the season on a high note and climb the leaderboard before Riyadh.
The field is completed by familiar fan favourites - Scott Brash (GBR), Edwina Tops-Alexander (AUS), Ioli Mytilineou (GRE), Jérôme Guéry (BEL), Janne Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann (GER), Niels Bruynseels (BEL), Denis Lynch (IRL), Malin Baryard-Johnsson (SWE), Eduardo Alvarez Aznar (ESP), Jack Whitaker (GBR), and on form Katharina Rhomberg (AUT) - ensuring that every round in Rabat carries weight, drama, and world-class sport.

My vision is clear. Only the best for the best.
