Monaco’s Romane Seret Wins on Home Turf in CSI2* Against the Clock, No Jump Off 1.30m Class

Day two of the Longines Global Champions Tour of Monaco kicked off with a win for the home nation of Monaco. Romane Seret took the top spot in the CSI2* 1.30m class in front of her home crowd.

Romane Seret flawlessly piloted her mount, Impact du Seigneur, to victory, claiming a win for Monaco. Second place went to Lily Tegnestedt of Sweden. Tegnestedt rode quick and clear aboard Chester 318 to take second. Rounding out the top three was  Spain’s Aleksandra Hearst. The Spanish rider came home on a clean sheet with her mount Corelien to claim third place.

In fourth place was Madison Seedhouse of Great Britain. Seedhouse delivered a clear round aboard Gingo to secure fourth. Completing the top five was Australia’s Georgina Harvey Lazarus. Despite four course penalties, the Australian posted the fastest time of the class aboard Butterfly Ennemmel to claim fifth place.

8th Place -              Georgina Harvey Lazarus, Crystal Clear North Star (AUS)
9th Place -              Aisling Byrne, Cnoc Rua Chinook (IRL)
10th Place -           Gianluca Apolloni, Balout (ITA)
