Meet the St. Tropez Pirates - GCL Home Team!

Get ready to cheer on the St Tropez Pirates in the exciting GCL Ramatuelle/Saint Tropez, as they battle it out against the top riders from around the world on their home turf in today in the 99th ever stage of GCL. Look out for the team's signature blue and white colours as they showcase their star-studded lineup featuring some of the most leading names in show jumping.

The Pirates are poised for success with an impressive lineup forming the 2023 team, including husband and wife duo, Angelica Augustsson Zanotelli and Marlon Modolo Zanotelli, top Greek athlete Athina Onassis, and young Irish star, Michael Pender. Flying the St. Tropez Pirates flag also sees 2023 Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix winner Katrin Eckermann, and flying Frenchman, Simon Delestre, as the talented team set their sights on the 2023 GCL Championship title. 

Watch closely as the team’s manager selects as they decide which riders to field in each round, keeping the right horsepower and combinations front of mind ahead of the world-class competition just moments from Pampelonne Beach. 

A strong start to the season has commenced for the home team, as they head into the 2023 GCL eager to build on their tenth place position in the 2022 championship. Can they make the move up the standings this year?
