Meet the Home Team - Madrid in Motion

The home crowd in Madrid are preparing to cheer on Madrid in Motion as they head into Madrid's GCL Round 1 sitting in second place on the Championship leader board. 

Sitting just 3 points behind leading team Riesenbeck International powered by Kingsland Equestrian, and 4 points ahead of St Tropez Pirates, Eduardo Alvarez Aznar and Maikel van der Vleuten are taking to the manicured grass arena at Club de Campo Villa de Madrid to defend their step on the overall podium. 

We sat down with team members Eduardo Alvarez Aznar, Maikel van der Vleuten, and Eric van der Vleuten here in Madrid as they shared their thoughts on competing on home turf, working as a team, and the importance of their local crowd.
