Maria Colsa Gutierrez is Victorious in the CSI1* 1.15 Trofeo Club De Campo Villa De Madrid

The sun is shining for the final day of the Longines Global Champions Tour of Madrid 2024. In the first class of the day, Spanish riders swept the top five on their home turf.

Maria Colsa Gutierrez took the top spot aboard Ulises del Pomar. She expertly piloted the 15 year old black stallion to claim the win in today’s first class. Nerea Robles Aguirre delivered a swift round riding Geniale M-G C Leuze. The Spanish rider came home clean to secure second place. Rounding out the top three was Clara Muñoz Garrabé. Garrabé rode a smooth, clear round on her bay mare, Sortilege 14 du Bary Z, to take third place.

Hot on her heels was Natalia Megias. She rode a quick, clean round aboard Capri de Courcel, taking fourth place. Completing the top five was Eugenia de Borbón Vargas riding Furby van de Kranenburg. She posted a clear round aboard the 13 year old bay gelding to claim fifth place.
