The final day of the Longines Global Champions Tour of Ramatuelle/St. Tropez kicked off with the CSI2* Prix Nikki Beach Saint-Tropez 1.15m class. Luís Alexandre Dolgner Ferreira of Portugal took the top spot in the first class of the day.
Luís Alexandre Dolgner Ferreira rode a lightning fast round aboard Sig Black Panther. The Portuguese rider and his 13 year old gelding came home clear to claim victory on Pampelonne beach. In second place was Ines van den Bosch of Belgium. Van den Bosch rode quick and clear aboard Scalibur but could not match the pace of the swift Ferreira. Close behind was Eva Vittoria Lasagni of Italy riding Kadesther. The Italian rider delivered a clear round in the jump off to secure third place.
In fourth place was Belgium’s Danny van den Bosch. The Belgian rider came home on a clean sheet aboard Jade van Dorperheide to take fourth. Rounding out the top five was Jean Francis Simon of France riding Figaro du Vouge. Simon rode the quickest round of the jump off but a fault on course ultimately meant fifth place for the French rider.
