With the Longines Global Champions Tour of Ramatuelle / St. Tropez kicking off in less than a week, final preparations are well underway for the first of the LGCT's glittering riviera events. With the arena only a stone’s throw away from the turquoise waters of Pampelonne beach, this sun-soaked destination is synonymous with elegance and style.
2022 saw Malin Baryard-Johnsson aboard her ultra consistent H&M Indiana powered to the top of the podium. Speaking after her win, she said: “I am so proud, I am so happy, H&M Indiana is just amazing. Every win is emotional but having everyone here today behind me makes me even happier if that is possible! I had to take risks because the ones before me were really fast but I had my really good coach with me Marlon Zanotelli who was there with me in Rome as well when I won and he really pushed me. And we did it.”
In 2023, riders are again fighting for a golden ticket to the GC Prague Playoffs, where each individual winner will earn a place in the Longines Global Champions Tour Super Grand Prix - the ultimate face-off in November where the season’s winning riders will battle for the lion’s share of €1.25 million euros.
For those that can't join Global Champions on tour in Ramatuelle/St. Tropez GCTV will be streaming all the action!
My vision is clear. Only the best for the best.
