Farewell to H&M Chilli Willi

Farewell to H&M Chilli Willi

In 2008 the famous bay stallion H&M Chilli Willi was born. Out of the legendary Casall from Rolf-Göran Bengtsson he was always destined to be a show jumping star. Nicola Philippaerts jumped only his second 5* competition on him at LGCT Miami Beach in 2017 where they produced a foot-perfect double clear to take 3rd place in the Grand Prix - kicking off their incredible career together in style.

As their partnership grew from strength to strength H&M Chilli Willi and Nicola won the LGCT Grand Prix of Chantilly in 2018 and picked up a golden ticket for the LGCT Super Grand Prix at the prestigious Prague Playoffs. The extremely successful pair was a key member of the London Knights team helping them dominate and win the overall GCL season championship in 2018 and 2019.

A truly famous face on the Tour H&M Chilli Willi and Nicola began 2019 with bronze in the LGCT Grand Prix of Doha. And exactly one year after their victory in Chantilly, once again they climbed up on the stage placing 3rd and proving just how consisted they were.  The 13-year-old stallion had multiple International CSI5* wins over his extraordinary life in show jumping and will be missed by everyone.

Our thoughts go out to the Philippaerts family and all those close to H&M Chilli Willi.

My vision is clear. Only the best for the best.
