Experience the French Riviera with LGCT

Dive into elegance on the Côte d'Azur as the Longines Global Champions Tour heads to the French Riviera for the sixth and seventh stages of the prestigious 2024 tour.

First up is the gorgeous beach town of Ramatuelle/St. Tropez where the sun-soaked sky serves as the backdrop to four days of world-class showjumping competition from May 30 to June 1.

Ramatuelle/St. Tropez is situated on the French Riviera, 100 kilometers west of Nice in the south of France. Long popular with artists, the area attracted the international jet-set in the 1960s and remains known for its beaches and nightlife. The city is also well known for the Hôtel Byblos and the nearby Port of St. Tropez, home to many well-known sailing regattas. This LGCT of Ramatuelle/St. Tropez will see over 100 riders from more than twenty nations descend on this incredible town. With its beautiful Pampelonne Beach, turquoise waters, and enviable blue skies, this sun-soaked destination is the epitome of the Riviera luxury.

Just a short ways down the coast is the tour’s next stop: Cannes. The home of the dazzling Cannes Film Festival and the super-yachts of the Port of Cannes, the city of Cannes will play host to the seventh stage of the 2024 season June 6 - 8.

The original ‘International Show Jumping of Cannes’ has been on the circuit since it was launched in 2006 and is one of the most historic events. Now a regular fixture on the LGCT calendar, the show has grown every year and welcomes thousands of visitors through its gates each summer, just a stone’s throw from the world-famous La Croisette.

This iconic city is also home to the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, a modern building complete with red carpet and Allée des Étoiles – Cannes’ walk of fame. Set against the shimmering Mediterranean coastline, visitors enjoy the ambience, glamour and nightlife of this famous city while witnessing some of the world’s top show jumping talent compete for victory.
