Alejandro Entrecanales Marsans Claims First Place in the CSI1* 1.40m Trofeo Gran Premio Porsche

Spain’s Alejandro Entrecanales Marsans takes the top spot in the final 1* class of the Longines Global Champions Tour of Madrid 2024.

Alejandro Entrecanales Marsans claimed victory aboard Banzai Semilly in the Gran Premio Porsche. Marsans posted a flawless jump off with his chestnut stallion. After his win, the Spanish rider remarked that the Longines Global Champions Tour “is one of the best shows in Spain and to win here is amazing.”

Second place went to Alexandre Relvas of Portugal. Relvas rode a quick, clear round aboard MHS Fernhill Showtime to secure second place. Rounding out the top three was Chile’s Jacinta Errazuriz riding Caporal d'Elle. Errazuriz delivered a solid clear but could not quite match the pace of the top two.

Close behind was Spain’s Sofia Dolegowski. The Spanish rider claimed fourth place with a clean sheet aboard Impossant CL. Completing the top five was Gonzalo Bedoya Aguilar. Despite an unfortunate rail down in the jump off with Zeus Mag Z, Aguilar was able to secure fifth place.
