Spencer Smith

Spencer enters his second season as the U25 rider for the New York Empire team. After a promising initial season in 2019, being on the team finishing second in Madrid and first in Valkenswaard 2019, Spencer will be able to count on the encouragement of his experienced team-mates in order to build on these successes.
