Spanish rider Diego Ramos Maneiro makes his debut on the GCL team circuit in 2021 riding as an U25 competitor for the Berlin Eagles and brings a wealth of experience already, having been Spanish Junior Champion in 2018 and 2019, and winning European Junior Team Gold in 2019.
