We head to Stockholm’s historic Olympic Stadium for the spectacular 5th stage of the 2021 season, and the tour’s only stop in Scandinavia.

Sweden and the City of Stockholm is for the second time one of the attractive stops of the
Longines Global Champions Tour and Global Champions League. Between June 18th -20th
the worlds top riders will be competing at the city’s historic Olympic Stadium.
The main competitions are the individual Longines Global Champions Tour and the team
competition Global Champions League and once more the world's best riders and horses will
head for the Swedish capital to battle it out. As a complement to the main competitions
Stockholm Horse Week offers competitions for young talented riders and horses.
Friday
Tävlingarnas första dag där du får möta allt från de stora internationella ryttarstjärnorna till de nationella ponnyryttarna för första gången. Dagen består av en internationell U25 klass, en hoppklass för unga hästar, en ponnyklass och en internationell 1.45 m hoppning. Höjdpunkten är en 1.50 m tidshoppning som är första rundan i den spännande lagtävlingen GCL.
Saturday
Ponnyryttarna fortsätter sitt intåg på arenan och U25 ryttarna sätts på prov i en unik lagklass som garanterat kommer att skapa en härlig stämning inne på arenan. Dagen bjuder också på en riktig nagelbitare då båda höjdpunkterna LGCT och GCL ska avgöras! Vilket av de 16 lagen i Global Champions League får stå högst upp på prispallen i Stockholm och vem tar hem den individuella titeln som vinnare av LGCT Grand Prix, den största klassen för helgen.
Sunday
Nu är det finaldags för de unga hästarna där du får chansen att se sportens nästa stora stjärnor visa upp sig. Ponnyryttarna tar sig an helgens största klass och framtidens ryttarstjärnor kommer att göra upp i en U25 Grand Prix hoppning på 1.50 m. Helgen avslutas med en 1.55 m hoppning där en rafflande omhoppning kommer att avgöra vem som tar med sig den sista segern hem från Stockholm!

Stockholm Horse Week
Alongside the main competitions of LGCT and GCL, Stockholm Horse Week will feature a thrilling festival of equestrian sport in close collaboration with the City of Stockholm to develop a sustainable world class event in the city. The concept of Stockholm Horse Week has a focus to inspire, broaden and create a celebration with the people around equestrian sport. In 2021 the focus lies on developing young talent, both horses and riders.
