The Constance Hotels & Resorts Challenge of Cannes

The Constance Hotels & Resorts Challenge is in full swing following the second leg at the Longines Global Champions Tour of Cannes. This incredible challenge, exclusively for 2* riders, offers an unparalleled prize at each of the three legs as well as to the overall winner of the challenge.

For this challenge, riders receive points at each of the LGCT French Riviera events, and a final ranking will be announced after the Monaco leg to determine the best 2* riders of the series. The best 2* riders from each event will be rewarded with a package, as well as the top three riders from the overall ranking after the Monaco leg.  

Martina Franco Stephan took the top spot as the best 2* rider at the LGCT of Cannes.  The Mexican rider claimed the incredible prize of a week-long stay at one of Constance Hotels & Resorts luxurious locations.

Sitting in first place in the overall standings is Claudia Rothermere of Great Britain. Rothermere holds a comfortable lead after the first two legs of the tour, sitting on 228.75 points, 42.75 points ahead of second place Pollyanna Gredley.
